📦 14-Day Easy Returns

We want you to feel confident trying EHG.

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

⚙️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item isn’t working as expected, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A short video or photo
  • Description of the issue

👉 We will offer:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund

🔋 Performance & Usage

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • Fully charging the device before first use
  • Adjusting settings based on usage

If you experience any issues, our team will help troubleshoot quickly.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Sent back to your original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping
  • If the item is faulty, we cover it or send a replacement

❌ Non-Eligible Returns

We may not accept returns if:

  • Item is heavily used or damaged
  • Misuse is evident
