Health readings
Readings shown in the EHG app, including heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep stages, stress, blood oxygen and the blood pressure trend, are estimates for personal reference. The blood pressure trend shows how your trend is moving over time and is not a blood pressure measurement. Do not use these readings to make medical decisions, and speak to a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health.

Battery and recycling
The EHG Smart Band contains a rechargeable battery. Please do not put it in household waste. Take it to a local electrical recycling point when it reaches the end of its life.
